This is the summary of the 2 different roles would like to hire for the large scale system integration project: Analyst Programmer Technical Business Analyst The large scale system integration project details as follow: The next generation EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System) is an ambitious technology program aim at transforming company’s core maintenance operations platform with new digital capabilities by leveraging packaged solutions and integration to internal bespoke solutions. Besides the core operating capabilities such as fault management, work management, asset management, the eventual platform will enable state of art integration with IoT, ERP, Analytics, BIM, GIS, etc. The company are looking for IT professionals to join in the Design, Build, Manage and Operate phase of this ambitious program. Below are the details of each job: Responsibilities (Analyst Programmer): Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot Maximo code configurations, including automation scripts. Work collaboratively with functional and technical teams to ensure that Maximo solutions align with business requirements and facilitate integration with third‑party applications. Engage in code and design reviews to guarantee quality and compliance with best practices for Maximo customization. Provide timely support for Maximo system issues, addressing troubleshooting and root cause analysis as necessary. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to Maximo customizations, configurations, and interfaces. Support Maximo version upgrades and migrations, including the testing and validation of custom features. Occasional business travel is required. Requirements (Analyst Programmer): University degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience. Familiar with system integration is a must. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, including ability to work in a team environment. Experience in IBM Maximo is a plus but not a must. Responsibilities (Technical Business Analyst): Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, end‑to‑end processes, and integration solutions, leveraging business analysis techniques such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis. Investigate and troubleshoot integration and configuration issues in Maximo or similar large‑scale systems, identifying root causes, proposing solutions, and supporting system performance through basic configuration and testing. Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including 3rd party vendors, to understand functional and technical issues, contribute to resolution efforts, and assist in quality assurance on deliverables. Analyze business processes and system workflows, identify opportunities for optimization, and collaborate with SMEs to recommend configuration changes or simple customizations in enterprise systems. Report progress on technical resolutions, project milestones, and business impacts to project leads and stakeholders. Support Maximo implementation best practices, including basic customization, workflow automation, and integration strategies; perform hands‑on configuration, scripting, and light development tasks as needed to aid digitalization projects, such as form enhancements. Requirements (Technical Business Analyst): Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 4 years of experience, strong on system integration and implementation project, especially prefer large‑scale enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, asset management or financial accounting related. At least 2 years working as a business analysis, good communication skills. Skills in below is a plus but not a must: EAMS Maximo Core Functional Knowledge (conceptual understanding preferred; practical exposure a plus). Familiarity with development environments for enterprise systems (e.g., Eclipse for Java‑based tools, basic API integration).
