3D Visualization Specialist

We are looking for a 3D Visualization Specialist to join BESTSELLER's 3D milestone. You will be responsible for 3D AI research, developing high-quality 3D showcasing videos, creating professional storyboards, and maintaining a 3D library. Job Responsibilities Develop high-quality 3D showcasing videos with motion graphics using tools like Cinema 4D, Adobe Substance, After Effects or Blender ensuring engaging and brand‑aligned content for fashion campaigns. Create clear and professional storyboards to present design concepts demonstrating strong visual storytelling and presentation skills to stakeholders. Build 3D trims or accessories library ensuring precision in UV mapping, texturing and rendering. Conduct in‑depth research on 3D and AI trends in fashion delivering detailed analysis reports with actionable conclusions to support projects and brand strategies. Collaborate with the DPC team, merchandising and R&D teams to create cohesive brand‑aligned virtual backgrounds and fashion showcases. Generate AI‑driven content by using accurate prompts and simulated workflow in tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT or Comfy UI to enhance 3D fashion assets. Deliver detailed analyses and conclusions from 3D or AI‑assisted testing to inform project decisions and brand strategies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks to meet agreed deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. Proactively contribute creative ideas and inspirations to enhance 3D fashion content reporting directly to the 3D Design Manager. Deliver presentations or training sessions on 3D workflows, AI applications or trend insights to internal teams or stakeholders if needed. Support DPC team daily operation. Occasionally travel for business purposes including seminars, fashion events or 3D/AI technology conferences may be required. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in creative media, multimedia or a related field with a focus on 3D visualization, digital storytelling or AI‑assisted design; equivalent professional experience in 3D/AI‑driven content creation may also be considered. 3-5 years of relevant experience in established companies with a preference for a fashion industry background. Proven experience in 3D software (preferably Cinema 4D, After Effects and Blender) is required, ideally in fashion or digital production. Knowledge of CLO3D would be an advantage. Knowledge of fashion industry trends, consumer preferences and virtual showcasing techniques. Proficiency with AI for design or analysis (e.g. Midjourney, ChatGPT) is highly desirable. Coursework or hands‑on experience in AI tools for visual design, computational creativity or digital fashion technologies. Strong understanding of fashion digital production including photorealistic virtual backgrounds and 3D fashion showcasing. Exceptional proactivity and a positive attitude with a track record of taking initiative and fostering a collaborative team environment. Excellent multitasking and time‑management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Creative mindset with a passion for innovation, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, strong in and problem solving, good team player. Willingness to travel occasionally for business‑related events. Good command of written and spoken English. Good presentation skills. Experience with multinational company is a plus. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
