This is a hands‑on leadership role. You'll coach daily, optimize systems, and drive results through people. Your Responsibilities Drive daily sales performance – ensure the team hits targets every day through active coaching and accountability Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance expectations Monitor sales activities and pipelines daily, identifying and removing blockers in real‑time Focus on the quality of every customer interaction – listening to calls, improving pitch and close techniques Use AI tools and call analytics to monitor and improve team performance Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive business growth Identify and pursue new growth opportunities – test new sales approaches, explore new customer segments, and refine strategies while maintaining consistent target achievement Collaborate with marketing, operations, and client service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention Continuously coach team members to foster a culture of ownership and success Your Profile 5+ years of sales management experience with a proven track record ofconsistently hitting and exceeding targets Completely results‑oriented with a bias for action – you prioritize execution over process Ownership mindset – you take responsibility for outcomes without blaming external factors Exceptional listening and consultative sales skills –you understand customer needs before pitching solutions Strategic and entrepreneurial – you can balance driving daily results with identifying new growth opportunities and refining what works High energy, resilient, and focused on winning as a team Strong alignment with company goals – team success matters as much as personal achievement Comfortable working collaboratively with leadership – you value feedback and adapt quickly Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and Google/Microsoft suites Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus Experience in high‑volume, high‑velocity B2C sales environments is a significant advantage Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior Sales Manager 5-day work week, 09:00 – 18:00 20 days annual leave Discretionary bonus Medical insurance Open and highly collaborative team – share and learn with your colleagues every day Very flat structure – bring your ideas and management will always listen Dynamic and fun work environment Smart casual dress code Why Join Us?
