Come join us and make an impact to the future payment society Temporary Team Lead, Card Centre – Application and Printing Job Responsibilities Handle Personalised Octopus application process including data input, data verification and photo scanning and cropping for production of Personalised Octopus Prepare Personalised Octopus application data and work with outsourcing services providers for data processing Prepare reports for daily reconciliation Handle internal and external customer enquiries in a timely manner Monitoring staff performance and daily operations to ensure high quality service to external and internal customers as per KPI and service standards Provide training, guidance and coaching to newly joined team members Performing UAT for system enhancement and project implementation Cross Team support when necessary Provide general clerical and administrative support as assigned by supervisor and manager when required Work at locations other than office premises in Card Centre or headquarter for project support when required Requirements Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines At least 3 years in operation and transaction processing, of which some practical experience in team leader / supervisory position Experience in managing operational process in corporations or financial institutions is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Attentive to details, able to follow through the task Good numerical sense Possess logical and analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and customer service awareness Accurate and fast English and Chinese typing speed not less than 35 wpm We offer successful candidate an attractive remuneration package and excellent career prospects.
