3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are looking for a versatile Development Lead to design and implement a Stablecoin Platform that utilizes cloud‑native infrastructure, microservices architecture, and blockchain technology. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in blockchain technologies, distributed systems, and enterprise‑level architectural design. They should be capable of proposing an architecture and have strong communication skills to convey rationale, options, and roadmaps to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the retention of a competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities Design and develop robust blockchain architectures using cloud services. Create and optimize token contract implementations across various blockchain platforms, starting with EVM‑compatible chains. Collaborate closely with custodians and KMS providers to secure the administration and operations of the tokens. Develop and optimize smart contract implementations for the core stable coin platform alongside the microservices architecture to integrate with partners, including banks, token KMS providers, custodians, designated dealers, and compliance systems. Design secure and high‑performance blockchain infrastructure with high availability. Optimize the balance between on‑chain and off‑chain services to minimize costs and meet operational goals. Architect scalable microservices that integrate seamlessly with blockchain ecosystems. Define and apply state‑of‑the‑art design pattern principles to expedite the development process in alignment with organizational standards and policies. Create technical specifications and architectural documentation. Ensure quality in development, adherence to risk appetite, standards, and policies. Foster a collaborative culture to effectively identify, elevate, mitigate, and resolve risk and compliance matters. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and in full. Technical Requirements 10+ years of development experience in microservices architecture, particularly in high‑stakes environments, with proven experience in full‑stack enterprise architecture within the financial sector. Extensive experience with cloud services (ECS, AKS). Strong background in microservices architecture. 5+ years of experience in blockchain architecture and development. Advanced proficiency in smart contract development and a strong understanding of distributed ledger technology. Proven track record in managing complex smart contract architectures, addressing versioning, data, and storage migration challenges to ensure traceability and backward compatibility. Experience in pentesting programs—preparation, execution, and remediation—for web, back‑end, and smart contract security auditing. Familiarity with store‑and‑forward architectures, financial accounting, end‑to‑end reconciliation, and/or data analytics is a plus. Experience with cross‑chain bridges and web2‑to‑web3 bridges is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications in blockchain technologies. Strong communication and documentation skills.
