Company Background We are a distinguished high‑end jewellery brand specializing in design, manufacturing, and retail, committed to exquisite craftsmanship and exceptional quality. 我們是一家專注於設計、製造及零售的高級珠寶品牌，致力於精緻工藝與卓越品質。 Role Summary This role requires leading the product development and production process for high‑end jewellery — from raw materials (diamonds, gems, pearls, gold, etc.), assessing feasibility against design, identifying suitable vendor factories, overseeing costing and quality control, and ensuring products are delivered to specification and the highest standards. 此職位需要全面負責高級珠寶的產品開發及生產流程——從原材料（鑽石、寶石、珍珠、黃金等），評估設計可行性，甄選合適的供應商工廠，監督成本及品質檢測，確保產品符合規格並達到最高品質。 Responsibilities Lead product development from concept to finished jewellery, ensuring feasibility and commercial viability. 負責產品開發流程，從概念至成品，確保設計可行並具商業價值。 Conduct QC and costing during development, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. 於產品開發階段進行品質檢測及成本計算，確保效率及準確性。 Inspect and classify raw materials (diamonds, gold, pearls, gemstones) to meet design and production requirements. 檢驗及分類原材料（鑽石、黃金、珍珠及其他寶石），確保符合設計及生產要求。 Assess and determine which vendor factories have the capability to produce jewellery products according to design specifications. 評估並確定哪些供應商工廠具備依照設計規格生產珠寶產品的能力。 Coordinate with vendor factories to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met. 與供應商工廠協作，確保生產進度及品質標準達標。 Follow up on work orders, calculate jewellery costs, and handle customs declaration matters. 跟進工單，計算珠寶成本，並處理報關事宜。 Liaise with workshops regarding product repairs and provide repair and customs documentation. 聯絡工場安排修理貨品，並提供修理及報關資料。 Provide technical input and support for new product opportunities and development initiatives. 為新產品及開發企劃提供技術意見及支援。 Ideal Candidates Minimum 5 years of experience in high‑end jewellery product development, production, and vendor coordination. 五年或以上高級珠寶產品開發、生產及供應商協作經驗。 Solid QC experience and familiarity with jewellery production processes. 具備QC經驗，熟悉珠寶生產流程。 Strong knowledge of diamonds, gems, gold, pearls, and other raw materials. 精通鑽石、寶石、黃金、珍珠等原材料特性及應用。 Experience in evaluating vendor factory capabilities and managing supplier relationships. 具備評估供應商工廠能力及管理供應商關係的經驗。 Good communication skills to effectively liaise with designers, vendor factories, and internal teams. 具備良好溝通能力，能有效與設計師、供應商工廠及內部團隊協作。 Familiarity with "Jewelry ERP / 珠寶通" system is an advantage. 熟悉「珠寶通」流程者優先考慮。 Benefits 5‑day work week 12 days annual leave Birthday leave 13‑month salary plus performance bonus Medical & dental insurance Stable and professional working environment Exposure to high‑end jewellery design and product development Promising career development opportunities No or very few business trips required How to Apply Please attach your CV with salary expected to #J-18808-Ljbffr
