Role Overview We are looking for a proactive Education Consultant & Hong Kong Market Representative to act as our local expert and brand ambassador. In addition to advising families on UK boarding school opportunities, you will play a key role in developing strategies to grow our business and visibility in the Hong Kong market. Key Responsibilities Family & Student Advisory Serve as the main point of contact for Hong Kong–based families seeking UK boarding school placements Provide tailored guidance on school selection, admissions procedures, assessments, and interview preparation Support families throughout the application journey and coordinate with the UK team Market Development & Brand Growth Develop and execute strategies to expand CJE Education Consultancy’s presence and brand recognition in Hong Kong Identify partnership opportunities with local schools, tutoring centres, education agents, and parent networks Organise or attend relevant events, seminars, and school fairs to promote our services Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive landscape in Hong Kong Build and maintain strong local relationships to support long-term growth Requirements Based in Hong Kong with deep knowledge of the local education sector and parent community Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Cantonese/Mandarin an advantage) Previous experience in education consultancy, school admissions, tutoring, or related fields preferred Understanding of UK boarding schools or UK education pathways highly advantageous Strategic mindset with the ability to propose and implement market-growth initiatives Self-driven, professional, and able to work independently Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive compensation package Flexible working arrangements Ongoing training and support from our UK head office Opportunity to play a key role in shaping our growth in Hong Kong A meaningful role helping families access world-class UK education How to Apply Please submit your application directly via LinkedIn by clicking “Apply” on this job posting.
