Education Counsellor / Senior Education Counsellor Elite is a leading education consultancy with a decade of experience helping our students achieve their dreams. With offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and the USA, we are dedicated to ensuring our clients achieve their ambitions. Reporting to our Head of Counselling, this vital role will build and maintain a portfolio of clients, helping with applications to USA universities and boarding schools. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day communication with parents and students, ensuring that our high standards are maintained. Job Responsibilities Guide and provide assistance to students and families, advising them on a full range of international applications to USA universities and boarding schools. Manage students’ portfolios, building and maintaining positive and professional client relationships throughout the entire application process. Communicate and meet with schools/colleges representatives to follow up on students’ applications. Engage daily with parents and students to ensure client expectations are met and that your cases are progressing effectively. Collaborate with our teaching team, working particularly closely with our academy leadership to ensure students are prepared for entrance examinations and required tests. Assist in external seminars, participate in exhibitions, and deliver presentations. Qualifications Overseas university graduate (only from USA, UK, or Canada) is a MUST. Sensitive towards students’ needs and able to build good relationships with clients. Fluency in English and Mandarin. Self‑motivated, self‑directed, responsible, service‑oriented and hard‑working. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in computer software applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing. Benefits 5‑day work week (Monday – Friday).
