Process Improvement Manager

Process Improvement Manager (Hospitality) Our client is a world-class hospitality and entertainment organization with a long heritage in Hong Kong, operating as one of Asia's most prestigious and influential member-centric institutions. As a leading provider of premium sports, hospitality and leisure experiences, they have established themselves as a cornerstone of Hong Kong's social and cultural landscape. They are now seeking a Process Improvement Manager to drive continuous enhancement of their customer service delivery through strategic technology innovation and operational excellence. About The Role You will lead high-visibility process improvement projects from ideation to sustained benefit realization, managing project timeline, scope, budget and outcomes end-to-end. Applying lean Six Sigma and continuous-improvement frameworks, and deep dive into data to run diagnostics, spot bottlenecks and turn insights into prioritized actionable roadmaps to redesign consistent and efficient operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to secure buy-in and deliver unified solutions. Lastly, you will monitor KPIs that prove impact on efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Management, Operations Management or any related disciplines. Minimum 6 years of process improvement, project management, or business transformation experience in the hospitality, leisure and any other service industries. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above, PMP, Agile or equivalent certificates are highly preferred. Experienced in using Tableau, Power BI and Power Platform. Exceptional multitasking, analytical, problem solving skills and thrives working in a fast-paced environment. Solid stakeholder management, cross-team collaboration and change management skills.
