Our client is a leading U.S. bank in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a Treasury Migration Officer to join their team. Responsibilities Manage migration activities of multiple clients across multiple regions simultaneously ensuring a seamless migration from planning, testing, GO LIVE and post GO LIVE. Coordinate with multiple internal and external teams to ensure that issues and concerns arising from migration are addressed in a timely manner. Educate and counsel clients on the migration‑related activities. Perform application setups, submit request for transmission channel, ensure end‑to‑end testing is conducted, obtain required client sign‑offs, stage move to production, and ensure initial live files are processed successfully. Conduct migration‑related trainings and new application features to clients either virtually or in person. Coordinate migration activities across multiple workstreams including Sales, Fulfilment, Technical Team, Operations, Vendor, Data Transmission, and Product Management resources. Provide accurate and timely updates to both internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking or a related discipline. At least 1 year of experience in the banking industry in a client‑facing capacity. Solid knowledge of Treasury Management products. Solid knowledge of transmission protocols such as SFTP, FTPS and AS2. Sound PC skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing.
