What you'll do As a leading contributor within the practice this senior-level consulting position provides consistently high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Responsibilities Be a Consultant / Delivery Manager and have extensive NetSuite ERP implementation / optimization expertise Analyze business needs to help ensure the Oracle NetSuite solution meets the customers objectives by combining leading practices product knowledge and business acumen Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and delivering solutions Work closely with the rest of the customer success team by quickly assessing client needs developing innovative plans to solve their problems and implementing these plans to the clients satisfaction Have a passion for business and the associated Cloud technologies as well as advanced analytical problem-solving skills applied to help clients find creative ways to run their businesses more effectively Leading the optimization aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality solutions within constraints of time and customer prioritizations Providing direction and mentoring to project teams and effectively influencing customer leadership on key decisions Being responsible for managing clients in post go-live environments Being adept at managing the delivery of NetSuite application functionality Working with technical and performance experts at NetSuite to get the best outcomes for your Customer. Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is a top this role you will often be working under pressure working with several customers simultaneously and striving to meet customer expectations. What you'll need to be successful Ideally with 7 years NetSuite hands on implementation / optimization experience. Your 7 years consulting experience with other ERP solutions is a definite plus. Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting Supply Chain IT or a related discipline preferred.
