Assistant Finance Manager (MOC-J ), Insurance field Our client, a well established Insurance Brokerage, is urgently seeking a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above‑mentioned position. Details are as followings: Responsibilities: Manage the full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable, account payable, and month‑end closing. Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and statutory annual financial reports. Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and accounting schedules. Support regular statutory filings with regulators. Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts. Support cash flow management and forecasting. Support the commission calculation process. Uphold effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure reporting integrity. Serve as a point of contact for auditors, bankers, and other external parties. Participate in the upgrade or change of the accounting system. Perform ad hoc assignments and other duties when required. Requirement: Bachelor degree in Accountancy, HKICPA/ ACCA Qualified or Final Stage. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese). Min 5 years’ relevant accounting experiences in financial or management accounting, preferably in insurance industry. Self‑motivated with passion, positive mindset with good communication skills. Mature, detail‑oriented and able to work independently. Open‑minded, flexible to adapt changes in work processes and/or work assignments. Proactive team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Package: 14 days annual leave. Medical Insurance coverage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
