We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Telesales Executive to join our team If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a drive to meet targets, this role is perfect for you. As a Telesales Executive, you'll play a key role in building relationships with potential customers, promoting our products/services, and contributing to the growth of our business. What You Will Deliver Promote and sell GoGoXEnergy products and services to customers (Corporate & Individual) and achieve business target as assigned Make warm/cold calls to existing and potential customers Deliver professional customer service through handling Inbound and Outbound calls Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by Managers Who You Are At least 2 years' call center experience or Telesales related experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Customer service oriented, a good team player with good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibilities Excellent telephone manners and handling skills Working Hours 2-5 days in between Monday and Friday 4-8 hours in between 10 am and 6 pm Are you a Hong Kong Permanent Resident?
