Assistant General Manager/ Senior Manager, Supply Chain Uni-China (Business) Management Ltd. Job Summary Oversee demand planning and operational buying functions (product replenishment) to ensure products are delivered to customers at the right time and cost. This role includes managing third‑party logistics (3PL), encompassing inventory management and logistics cost control, as well as establishing and leading a centralized customer service team. The position requires strategic leadership to re‑engineer organizational structures and processes, centralize scattered operations where economically justified, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive cost efficiencies throughout the supply chain. Key Focuses and Responsibilities Logistics Cost Control Monitor logistics costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. Implement best practices in logistics management to optimize supply chain performance and reduce overall expenses. Operational Buying Oversee the operational buying team, ensuring timely product replenishment and alignment with inventory management goals. Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts. Demand Planning Develop and implement demand planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align demand forecasts with business targets. 3PL Management Oversee the management of third‑party logistics providers to ensure efficient and cost‑effective transportation and warehousing solutions. Establish and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners to enhance service levels of operational efficiency. Customer Service Management Build and manage a centralized customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance service delivery. Key Requirements and Expectations Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management or related disciplines Minimum of 7 years of managerial experience in the field of Supply Chain, preferably in a multi‑national environment; less managerial experience candidate can consider to apply Senior Supply Chain Manager position Solid experience in material planning, production planning, vendor and logistic management Solid business understanding of mainland China and international freight management, and customs declaration Experience in managing the end‑to‑end process from Purchase Order to Shipment Strong ability to deliver exceptional operational results and drive process improvements within the team Proficient in ERP systems is a plus Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving ability Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skill Proficient in both spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese Job Offers Competitive Salary Package Group Medical Scheme Application Questions Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
