To learn more about us, please visit our websites: Aston Martin: We are currently seeking a hands‑on, customer‑facing Automotive Assistant to join our expanding service team. This is a frontline support role, ideal for someone who is passionate about cars, service‑oriented, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. The role focuses on car detailing services, customer handling, and upselling relevant services. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with car detailing service inquiries and bookings. Explain available detailing services (e.g., coating, polishing, interior cleaning) and recommend suitable options. Upsell and cross‑sell detailing packages and related services beyond basic car wash. Coordinate service schedules and ensure smooth customer handover. Liaise with workshop team to ensure service quality and timely delivery. Support social media engagement (Instagram, Facebook) with service updates and promotions. Perform basic administrative tasks and assist with daily operations. Work on alternate Saturdays as required. Requirements Diploma or above. Prior experience in customer service or automotive support preferred. Knowledge of automotive or car detailing services is an advantage. Friendly, proactive, and service‑oriented attitude. Able to communicate clearly in Cantonese and basic English. Willing to work in a fast‑paced and hands‑on environment. Having a valid Hong Kong driving license is preferred. Our Offer Team's Commissions. Discretionary Bonus. Employer MPF Contribution 6% - 12%.
