Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end operations transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget and compliant to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify process gaps and implement innovative solutions. Conduct business analysis to assess current processes and recommend improvements aligned with strategic objectives. Develop project plans, track progress, and report status to stakeholders and senior management. Support operations efficiency and performance management initiatives, including dashboard optimisation and reporting enhancements. Prepare and deliver regular management reporting on operational performance, project progress, key metrics and transformation project outcomes. Support overall operations management, including but not limited to cost & budget, risk & compliance, people management and ad‑hoc requests from senior management. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations transformation, process improvement or project management within banking or financial services. Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering measurable results. Strong knowledge of operational processes and risk‑management principles. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage. Excellent communication, strong stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications. Preferred Skills & Attributes Experience in digital transformation or automation projects. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Self‑learner with strong curiosity and ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies and processes. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
