Senior Copywriter and Digital Content Specialist Founded in 2018, we are a unique digital company that creates impactful marketing solutions for clients and connects brands to communities through our fast‑growing network. We are currently seeking a high‑caliber Senior Copywriter & Digital Content Specialist to join our media & advertising business unit to cope with our expansion. Responsibilities Content Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive content strategies tailored to in‑house brand goals and client needs, including audience research, content calendars, and trend analysis specific to the Hong Kong market (e.g., leveraging local festivals, consumer behaviours, and social media habits). Content Creation and Writing: Write compelling copy for social media posts, advertorials, email newsletters, and ad creatives, ensuring all materials are SEO and AI‑optimized, and aligned with brand guidelines. Design and Production: Design visually appealing digital assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, including graphics, infographics, short videos, and interactive elements for web, social, and email channels. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand project briefs, gather feedback, and deliver customized content solutions, managing multiple projects from ideation to launch. Ad Placement and Optimization: Assist in placing and managing digital ads on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), WeChat and Xiaohongshu; monitor performance metrics (e.g., CTR, ROI) and recommend optimizations to maximize reach and engagement. Performance Tracking: Analyze content and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics or platform insights, generating reports and insights to refine future strategies. Qualifications University graduate in communications, public relations, journalism, creative media, or related disciplines and with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Mature, independent, pro‑active, passionate, energetic, and eager to learn about digital. Strong sense of responsibility, well‑organized with exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills with a can‑do attitude. Enjoy working as one team and a fast‑paced working environment. Strong research skills, including a broad understanding of online search engines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
