Job Title Senior Project Manager – Modernization & Replacement Project Responsibilities Plan & prioritize modernization / replacement projects for the project team members. Supervise and oversee modernization / replacement projects, including project team members, project submission, execution of work and safety & quality control. Act as one key personnel for cost control and site safety & quality inspection. Lead and coach the project team members to complete project within budget, scheduled timeframe, expected quality and KONE safety manner. Attend site meetings and hands‑on project management for major project. Liaise closely with both external and internal parties to ensure smooth completion and achieve project objectives. Implement strategic initiatives in process and efficiency improvement. Identify any critical issues or potential impacts on cost and compliance, and be responsible to tackle such challenges. Qualifications Degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Service Engineering or equivalent. At least 8‑10 years working experience in the Lift & Escalator Industry, of which more than 5 years of solid experience are related to project management, experience in managing modernization projects and major projects is highly preferred. Strong leadership and team management experience. Good team player with analytical & problem‑solving skills, self‑motivated and good interpersonal skills. Good command of both written & spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English. Proficient in SAP & MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing. Registered Lift Engineer and/or Registered Escalator Engineer is an advantage.
