What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive research on emerging trends in artificial intelligence technology, evaluating new developments and identifying suitable solutions for integration into existing systems. Drive the construction and enhancement of AI platforms, services, and tools by introducing advanced generative AI technologies that support business objectives. Plan architectural engineering for generative AI applications, including language models and multimodal generation, ensuring robust design and maintenance of platform infrastructure. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence or related field is required for this position. Over eight years of professional experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning is essential; more than three years must be specifically focused on generative AI technologies. Proficiency with common programming frameworks and tools relevant to generative AI applications such as language models and multimodal generation is expected. Deep understanding of foundational concepts, processes, and methodologies within artificial intelligence is necessary; particular emphasis on large model theory is preferred. Practical experience with language models based on Transformer architecture is highly desirable for this role. Familiarity with open‑source generative AI frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, LangServe, LangSmith, xInference is important for successful project delivery. Experience with fine‑tuning methods for large language models such as Lora and p‑tuning as well as RAG workflow orchestration is advantageous; agent development experience and embedding deployment are also beneficial. Demonstrated ability in deploying Transformer‑based models and vLLM within Kubernetes frameworks is required; hands‑on deployment experience is valued. Excellent engineering practice skills are needed along with the capability to quickly execute demo experiments that showcase technical proficiency.
