Our client is looking for an accomplished and proactive Senior Project Manager with a solid architectural foundation to lead their project management team.> The successful candidate will bring deep architectural knowledge, a proven track record of delivering complex projects from inception to completion, and outstanding leadership and collaboration skills across departments. Key Responsibilities Lead new development and redevelopment projects, providing architectural input during feasibility studies and schematic design phases. Collaborate with stakeholders on planning studies and new initiatives. Develop, review, and update standard provisions and general specifications. Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external consultants/partners to ensure seamless project delivery. Oversee project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and maintain strict cost control. Supervise and coordinate architects, engineers, and technical teams to ensure project viability and compliance with standards. Perform internal audits and support the overall Management System and Programme. Manage rectification works and enhancements for completed projects. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline. Registered Architect (HKIA or equivalent international qualification) is mandatory. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project and design management, including at least 5 years in a leadership position. Experience managing large-scale residential developments in Hong Kong is a strong advantage. Prior exposure to both developer-side and consultancy environments is highly preferred. In-depth architectural and design expertise with comprehensive knowledge of design, construction processes, and local standards. Proven leadership and people management capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and tools. Strong problem-solving ability coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
