We are hiring a Group HR Director to work as the business' strategic partner in driving the people agenda. About The Role As the Group Head of HR, you will be the CEO's strategic partner in driving the people agenda that supports the company's next stage of evolution. This role is designed for a builder—a person who questions the status quo, introduces fresh thinking, and leads with conviction. Your core mandates include: Talent competence development: establishing frameworks that uplift organisational capability and prepare teams for future business demands. Cultural and mindset transformation: fostering an agile, globally attuned, and innovation‑driven culture across all levels. Vision‑Mission‑Values integration: embedding the company's identity into leadership development, performance management, and recruitment. Strategic recruitment architecture: designing a robust talent acquisition strategy that attracts individuals aligned with the company's future direction. HR best‑practice uplift: bringing in proven methodologies from multinational environments to strengthen organisational maturity and leadership effectiveness. You will lead the full HR spectrum with a strong emphasis on organisational development, leadership capability, and future‑ready workforce planning. The CEO is highly supportive, creative, and open to new ideas—offering a rare platform for a strong HR leader to make a lasting impact. Requirements Progressive experience and stable tenure in each previous role, demonstrating stability, depth, and long‑term contribution. Master's degree in HR, Business, Organisational Development, or related fields. Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate insights into actionable people strategies. Exceptional articulation and communication skills, able to influence. Proficiency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written). Mission‑ and goal‑oriented leadership, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Agile, global mindset with the ability to navigate diverse markets and evolving business needs. Experience in OEM/ODM environments, ideally across sectors such as automotive, medical devices, garments, hardware, metal tools, materials tools, or industrial equipment. Proven track record in cultural transformation and building high‑performance teams. Experience partnering directly with CEOs or founders in growth‑stage or transforming organisations.
