We are seeking a Solution Consultant to partner with our sales team, designing and presenting winning solutions for international dedicated lines, SD‑WAN, and Cloud services. You will be the key technical expert, transforming client needs into compelling proposals to drive business growth. Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to conduct user demand alignment, product demonstrations, and technical explanations, facilitating the progress of business negotiations. Design market‑competitive solutions for international dedicated lines, SD‑WAN, DWDM, IDC, Cloud and IoT, and other related services based on customers’ actual needs. Coordinate with the company’s back‑end business departments for internal communication, information sharing, and technical coordination to ensure the implementability of solutions. Participate in defining services, conducting cost accounting, and formulating pricing for non‑standard solutions, and support the legal department in reviewing non‑standard clauses. Fully cooperate with the regional sales team to jointly achieve regional sales performance targets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field, with familiarity in the network communication sector. At least 5 years of experience in enterprise network setup, dedicated line access, SD‑WAN, DWDM, IDC, Cloud and IoT solutions or pre‑sales/post‑sales experience in system integrators; telecom industry experience is preferred. Good personal image, with strong problem‑analysis ability, communication and coordination skills, teamwork ability, and project management ability. Rich experience in solution design, bid management, and user demand alignment. Fluent communication skills, proficient in Cantonese, conversant in Mandarin; candidates with good English reading and writing skills are preferred.
