Senior Technical Service Officer The Role: Coordinate and monitor field service activities to meet deadlines and quality standards Work closely with regional outside plant and field service teams to deliver telecom services Liaise with Sales, Engineering, and other stakeholders on project matters Analyze workflows, data, and inventory to enhance operational efficiency Provide up-to-date guidelines to field teams and support special projects Negotiate with external parties and resolve service issues with internal teams Liaise with IOC and BMO in securing infrastructure access at customer premises Train, coach, and guide staff and contractors to ensure service excellence Manage relationships and develop tailored solutions for Premier customers Recommend system enhancements based on user requirements Act as Deputy to the Unit Manager when required To succeed in the role: Degree holder with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience; OR Higher Certificate with at least 6 years; OR secondary school graduate with at least 10 years in a related field Solid technical knowledge of outside plant operations and field services Experience liaising with BMO and IOC is an advantage Strong customer service skills and ability to handle challenging situations Adaptable, innovative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus Broad understanding of field operations and service management practices Work Location: Hong Kong We offer competitive salary package with attractive benefits, including no less than 14 days Annual Leave, Medical Insurance and Discretionary Bonus.
