Now, they are recruiting one IT Helpdesk support with IT Hardware, Infra, Network & Technical Support experience to join their winning teams. They are seeking self‑motivated and dynamic professionals to fill the position in the firm. Successful candidates will participate in the continued growth and success of the firm. Responsibilities Provide IT technical advice and helpdesk support services (L1, L2 or L3) to users on hardware, software and networking‑related issues. Handle user inquiries, technical troubleshooting and support. Provide support to Windows/Linux servers and VMware infrastructure. Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements High Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. At least 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk Support. Knowledge in operating systems (Linux, Windows Server, Unix), databases and networking. Experience in helpdesk call/call centre is an advantage. Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
