Job Position Summary To book the flight tickets for the on/off signers Key Roles and Responsibilities Arrange best suitable and economic air tickets for crew members Coordinate with shipping agents, ships, crew, personnel and technical departments for crew change arrangements Monitor current crew changes and follow up amendment requests Check and pass invoices for payment General clerical duties Other ad-hoc duties as required by Manager Coordinate with travel agencies to secure the best fares and schedules Reply the message within 30 minutes or less Prioritize urgent travel needs and handles last-minute changes efficiently Maintain a structured workflow to avoid delays Very hard working and can work under pressure Assist the accounting issues if required Relationship INTERNAL: to contact with FPD, onboard Captains and Superintendents. EXTERNAL: to contact with the travel agents, local agents, airlines and sometimes with immigrations. Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications Bachelor degree in any discipline Good computer skills of using Outlook email, word & excel Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) Meticulous and focus with good work ethic Fast Learner and can work under pressure Manage urgent or last-minute travel needs with calm and speed Handle multiple bookings and itinerary changes simultaneously Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance Resolve booking issues, flight disruptions, and traveler concerns efficiently Offer alternative solutions when preferred flights are unavailable Fleet Management Limited is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
