Job Description Responsible for ensuring all Customer Services activity is managed within agreed service level and turn‑around‑time (TAT) and to a high standard of service quality. Deliver quality customer service and handle enquiries or complaints through letters, telephone calls and emails, meeting targets set for speed, accuracy, quality, clarity and empathy, with minimal supervision. Act as a key contact point for both internal and external customers and provide day‑to‑day administrative support. Take full ownership of any issues and enquiries at all times. Collect feedback and reflect customer needs and expectations to the Company. Review reports and discuss team performance, achievements and opportunities with CS Manager and department head. Act as a trainer in client service staff training, share experiences on complicated inquiries/complaints and offer solutions to eliminate future calls. Support walk‑in / correspondence activities during peak periods and recommend work schedule and staffing. Design and update manual, procedures, documentation and reports of the system, its upcoming modifications and other related systems. Perform ad‑hoc projects as required. Qualifications Passionate about client servicing. University graduate in any discipline. 5 - 7 years in customer service. Sound knowledge of insurance industry with IIQE 1, 3 & 5 qualifications. Good spoken, written and typing of English & Chinese. Competent PC knowledge – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access. Strong teamwork with a can‑do attitude. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
