Trade Officer (Business Development) – Economic & Commercial Mission, Israel Consulate (Hong Kong) About the Role Join a dynamic team promoting trade and business partnerships between Hong Kong and Israeli companies. As a Trade Officer, you’ll help international firms enter the Hong Kong market and support local companies in forming global partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop business opportunities across various sectors Assist companies with market entry, resources, and contacts Organize and lead business events, technology roadshows, and delegations Coordinate meetings at industry conferences and trade shows Build and manage relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders Collaborate with public and private partner organizations Maintain social media presence and conduct market research Who We’re Looking For Preferred applicants holding Hong Kong citizenship or PR Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Economics (Master’s a plus) 3–5 years’ experience in project management, trade promotion, marketing, business development, investments, or entrepreneurship Strong client-facing and service skills Fluent in English, Cantonese (written and spoken), Mandarin is a plus Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, creative, and self-motivated Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented and diligent Willingness to work extra hours during peak projects Entrepreneurial mindset and openness to diverse business cultures Interest in innovation, technology, and international collaboration Employment: Full‑time, Middle level Benefits: Five‑day work week, medical insurance, 13th month salary, bank holidays, transportation allowance ** The hiring process may take up to 3 months. #J-18808-Ljbffr
