We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive the sales of our enterprise-level professional support services, including product lifecycle maintenance and mission‑critical service contracts. This role involves working closely with senior executives to uncover new business opportunities and secure long‑term customer relationships. You will also be responsible for generating new client prospects and expanding our customer base. As a key contributor, both individually and within a team, you will lead initiatives, provide guidance to junior team members, and handle complex tasks requiring advanced technical and business expertise. A B.Sc/B.Engg degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT solutions or services sales, with a proven track record of success in developing a sales territory in Hong Kong. A strong self‑drive and ability to meet sales targets are essential. Key Responsibilities Identify Customer Needs : Analyze and understand the unique IT support and operational challenges faced by enterprise customers. Propose Tailored Solutions : Recommend our CSS services to solve specific business and IT problems, enhancing customer outcomes. Collaborate for Success : Work closely with CSS delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Build Strong Relationships : Develop and nurture long‑term business partnerships with key accounts, regularly engaging with senior executives. Strategic Alignment : Collaborate with Oracle cross‑line‑of‑business (xLOB) teams to position CSS services as an integral part of comprehensive Oracle solutions. Drive Growth : Create and implement a strategic business plan to manage and expand your assigned sales territory or accounts. Achieve Sales Targets : Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Preferred Experience A solid understanding of the professional support services sales process is preferred, particularly in selling annualized or fixed‑scope software and hardware support service packages.
