Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 08 Dec 2025 Contract Period 03 Feb 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (11 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location: Base Hong Kong Island and Correctional Facilitates of the CSD or other locations as required Work in Guangdong Province: N/A Monthly Salary Range: HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26): The proposed staff shall be responsible to manage the application system enhancement and maintenance of the Integrated Custodial and Rehabilitation Management System (iCRMS) and the IT Infrastructure to the correctional facilities of the Correctional Services Department. Duties Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CSD. The proposed staff shall take a management role for the application system enhancement and maintenance of iCRMS and IT Infrastructure. Manage the collection of user requirements and facilitate business team in formulating business cases and options for any system enhancement request Manage and support the application enhancement activities, such as analysis, design, system testing, UAT, user training and system rollout Follow up on any identified application issues, conduct investigation for system rectification and refinement Manage and perform quality control on the deliverables Advise and perform quality assurance on the application of iCRMS according to the government IT policies, standards, methodologies and best practices Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors Experience Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 10.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements Working experience in IT project management and vendor management Working experience in Government System development IT standards and methodologies Good communication skills, customer service skills, coordination skills and liaison skills Good command of Chinese and English Self-motivated, independent, diligent, polite, pro-active, fast learning and good team player Working at remote correctional facilities for provision of support services as and when required Undergoing integrity check by HKPF is required Technical Skills At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM) At least 3 years' experience in IT Security (ITS) At least 3 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB) At least 3 years' experience in IT Operational Management (OPM) At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM) At least 3 years' experience in Website Administration (WEA) 3 years' experience in WebSphere Application Server (WAS) is an advantage 3 years' experience in TCP/IP (TCP) is an advantage 3 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA) is an advantage 3 years' experience in SSADM (SDM) is an advantage 3 years' experience in Object-oriented Analysis and Design (OOA) is an advantage 3 years' experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) is an advantage 2 years' experience in Function Point Analysis (FPA) is an advantage 2 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP) is an advantage 1 year's experience in PRINCE (PRE) is an advantage 1 year's experience in Video Conference Technology (VCT) is an advantage 1 year's experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage Non-Technical Skills At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) At least 3 years' experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP) At least 3 years' experience in project management (PRM) At least 3 years' experience in IT Service Management (SMG) At least 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) Good coordination skills is an advantage 1 year's experience in quality assurance (QAS) is an advantage 1 year's experience in people management (PMG) is an advantage 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage 1 year's experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPE) is an advantage 1 year's experience in contract administration (CON) is an advantage Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent At least 10 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity Last Update 24 Nov 2025 Apply To Direct Line #J-18808-Ljbffr
