Human Resources / Business Positions Responsible for recruitment, compensation and benefits, welfare products, platform monitoring, assignments follow-up, internal training, corporate culture development, performance appraisal, reasonable suggestions and other assigned work. With financial and accounting working experience, managerial experience is required in a manager position; Technology/ e-commerce industry background is preferred; With a bachelor’s degree or above; Proactive and responsible, with leadership competence, and understanding of financial operations of listed companies is preferred; Fluent in both Chinese and English, including Mandarin; Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai or Shenzhen is optional. C. Administrative / Project Positions Responsible for property management, asset procurement, asset management, social responsibility, platform monitoring, reasonable suggestions, guest reception, mail management, expense reimbursement and other assigned work. With administrative working experience, managerial experience is required in a manager position; Technology/ e-commerce industry background is preferred; With a bachelor’s degree or above; Proactive and responsible, with leadership competence, and understanding of operations of asset management is preferred; Fluent in both Chinese and English, including Mandarin; Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai or Shenzhen is optional. Responsible for registration, legal documents drafting, due diligence, policy research, news reporting, legal action, media monitoring, digital archiving, reasonable suggestions and other assigned work. With legal working experience, managerial experience is required in a manager position; Technology/ e-commerce industry background is preferred; With a bachelor’s degree or above; Proactive and responsible, with leadership competence, and understanding of PRC legal matters and listed companies is preferred; Fluent in both Chinese and English, including Mandarin; Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai or Shenzhen is optional. E. Regional Director/Business Director Responsible for the operation and management of the assigned/all regions, ensuring the smooth operation of departments of human resources/business, finance/investment, administration/projects, legal/media. General managerial experience is required; Managerial experiences in technology/ e-commerce industry is preferred; With a bachelor’s degree or above, a business management degree is preferred; Proactive and responsible, with leadership competence, and understanding of operations of listed companies is preferred; Fluent in both Chinese and English, including Mandarin; Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai or Shenzhen is optional. F. Chief Compliance Officer/ Inspector General Responsible for risk control, compliance and error correction for departments of Human Resources/Business, Financial/Investment, Administration/Project, Legal/ Media in all regions, ensuring the smooth operation of each department. General Management experience is required; Technology/ e-commerce industry background is preferred;With a bachelor’s degree or above, a law degree is preferred; Proactive and responsible, with leadership competence, and understanding of operations of listed companies is preferred; Fluent in both Chinese and English, including Mandarin; Base in Hong Kong. G. Management trainee/Intern See the job descriptions of Human Resources/Business, Financial/Investment, Administration/ Project, Legal/ Media positions. With off-campus internship experience and a master’s degree or above from top 100 Universities in global rankings or Project985 Universities in mainland China, no work experience is required.
