Our client Zhong Lun Law Firm LLP is seeking a Capital Markets Associate (1-5 PQE) to join their team Join a leading law firm in Hong Kong and contribute to their dynamic team focusing on equity capital markets. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on Hong Kong IPOs and compliance for listed companies, providing an excellent platform for growth and development in corporate and commercial law. What you’ll be doing? IPO expertise: Work on Hong Kong IPOs, gaining valuable experience in equity capital markets transactions. Compliance mastery: Assist listed companies with regulatory compliance, enhancing your knowledge of corporate governance. Collaborative environment: Engage with a team of experienced professionals in capital markets, fostering your professional growth. High‑profile transactions: Contribute to significant equity capital market deals, building your reputation in the field. Who are they looking for? Corporate law experience: Ideally 1 to 5 years of quality PQE in corporate and commercial law, but candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply. Language skills: Fluent verbal Putonghua is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues in the Greater China region.
