Job Summary & Mission Cyber Security Sales Manager for Wizlynx Cyber Security Limited in Hong Kong. This individual‑contributor role primarily involves selling the Wizlynx Hong Kong product and service portfolio to new customers, generating new sales revenue, and managing partners and vendors to support the sales and business development process. Candidates who thrive on new challenge, with a "can do" attitude and appreciate a global business environment, are highly appreciated. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify potential leads and customers and actively seek new opportunities to expand the sales pipeline. Generate and maintain a steady sales pipeline, creating regular updates and reports. Gather intelligence on customers, key decision‑makers, and industry trends to tailor approaches. Prepare quick offers upon request, even when an explicit offer is not required. Maintain strong market and industry knowledge to inform sales strategies. Engage with the IT community to build relationships and stay updated on developments. Conduct daily/weekly reporting of sales activities to track progress and identify improvement areas. Collaborate with team members for related results and support overall objectives. Lead Marketing Initiatives Oversee marketing activities, integrating strategies into email marketing and social media channels. Sales Target Achievement Meet assigned sales targets and other objectives to contribute to company success. Local Market Tactics Development Develop and execute effective sales tactics tailored to local markets to drive growth. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management Actively generate leads and leverage personal contacts to build a robust pipeline. Submit weekly updated pipeline report to the group for transparency and tracking. Coordinate with Wizlynx Singapore Leadership to ensure capacity for new business demands. Sales Planning & Task Management Plan and organize sales calls, meetings, events, and visits to maximize engagement. Prepare for each sales call, deal calculations, offers, estimates, and presentations. Ensure all tasks are executed efficiently to meet deadlines and customer expectations. Define requirements for mature deals and drive the decision‑making process to closure. Provide margin estimations for each opportunity to aid decision‑making. Commercial Sales Leadership Lead the commercial sales process for RFPs, including proposal preparation, bidding, contract negotiations, and purchase order management. Contribute to the bidding process and proposal generation for existing customers. Customer Relationship Management Manage and nurture customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Ideal Experience & Education Education: Diploma or degree in Information Technology, business‑related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales and business development in the cybersecurity or IT industry. Sales Performance: Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets. Work Experience: Hands‑on experience in foreign‑owned companies. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team with strong communication skills. Problem‑Solving Skills: Strong reasoning and analytical abilities. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT industry is essential. Cybersecurity Knowledge: Knowledge of the IT security sector is a plus. Language Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Cantonese (speech at a minimum). Soft Skills Result‑oriented in sales cases. Flexible attitude toward complex business problems. Customer‑oriented and driven to achieve results. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to travel (if any). Customer‑friendly approach and appearance. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong team‑working attitude. Key Performance Indicators / Measures of Success Customer (current and new/cold) contacted for sales and business development. Number of new customers developed. Upsell to existing customers. Offers prepared and sent within customer expectation (defined period or 5 working days). Advancement to higher business development tiers or geographic reach.
