Marketing and Digital Manager

Responsibilities Overall marketing and communications functions including ecommerce management, multi‑channels marketing & promotion strategies, advertising, media communications, event management, marketing collaterals & publication materials, CRM etc. Work independently for the online shop: builtinpro.hk, including back‑end operation & management. Coordinate, execute and evaluate all marketing, communications and promotions activities/campaigns/materials for the Group’s retailing and E‑commerce business, including sales driven promotions, social media promotions, in‑mall and pop up decorations etc. Develop annual plan and control the relevant cost incurred. Liaise with internal and external parties including operations team, sales team, advertising and CRM agents, production and design house. Qualifications Higher diploma or above in Marketing Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines. 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained from retail industry. Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google‑Analytics, is preferred. Experience in back‑end operation of Opencart, Magento, Shopify, Wordpress. Proactive, creative and innovative. Excellent communication, problem solving and strong negotiation skills. Communication and interpersonal skill in spoken and written English, Chinese. Proficient in other related design/web development tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, Photoshop, AutoCad, Programming) will be advantage. Proficient in Web Development Project Management will be advantage.
