To accelerate business growth, we are looking for a high-calibre individual to join our cohesive community In this role, you will work with experienced crews in our payment team, reporting to the Head of Operation & Strategy.

Job Duties

  • Manage positive relationships with external payment partner networks for deeper partnership opportunities and ensure smooth delivery of operations in coordination with internal parties.
  • Drive operational excellence in sales operations, identify areas for improvement in operating procedure simplification, streamlining, and standardization.
  • Lead merchant campaigns in a cost- and time-efficient manner to perform merchant training and onboarding under compliance guidelines to fulfill requirements of COB/ Client Due Diligence/KYC checking/AML screening.
  • Keep up with the latest industry & market trends, best practices, and regulatory developments in the payment sector, and provide recommendations for process and system enhancements.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs to drive sales productivity and achieve targets.
  • Work closely with our product and marketing teams to optimize our payment solutions for the market.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales pipeline and performance.
  • Handle special projects and ad-hoc incoming requests.

What You Will Bring

  • Approximately 2-5 years of relevant payment/finance experience, preferably with a fast-growing fintech startup/payment service/B2B SaaS platform.
  • Highly motivated problem solver able to identify issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese including Mandarin, with strong knowledge of MS Office applications, WhatsApp, Outlook, etc. communication tools.
  • Independent, self-initiated, and good interpersonal skills.
