It isa leisure and vacation camp, provides various facilities for the elderly, which is open for senior citizens aged 55 or above and disabled persons, who can also bring along with their family or friends. You will report to Chief Operating Executive, lead a team of 30 overseeing all aspects of the operations and management of Holiday Centre, initiate strategies to enhance the services to meet the needs of camp users and the service quality standards set out by SWD as well as other governing bodies. Responsibilities Ensure the service output meets the objectives and to achieve the SQS included in the variety and quality of programmes, facilities, and catering services to fulfil customers’ satisfaction. Optimize the occupancy of camp places and the utilization of facilities, Establish and collaborate with local and overseas elderly service organizations for the services and community relations development of the Centre. Review and update the user manual and operational guidelines according to code of practice. Manage and upkeep the facilities at top note condition. Requirements Degree holder in Facility Management / Social Worker / related disciplines A minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in holiday camp, and facility management. Strong in analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Good command of both written and conversational English and Chinese.
