Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Trading Manager with a strong trading background to optimize our platform's offerings. The ideal candidate will monitor market insights, analyze customer trading patterns, and manage risk exposures while ensuring regulatory compliance. This role will develop innovative products and implement strategic actions to enhance our competitive edge in the CFD market.

What Would Be Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the company's trading products and make continuous adjustments and optimizations;
  • Monitor and analyze customers' trading activities and manage risk exposure;
  • Monitor and handle risk events in financial markets and corporate transactions;
  • Participate in the development of relevant tools for trading and analysis;
  • Create relevant documents and manage internal procedures to meet regulatory requirements;
  • Manage internal teams and work collaboratively;
  • Establish good cooperative relationships with liquidity providers and other partners;

What We Require From You:

  • 3 years+ of relevant experience in foreign exchange, futures and other financial transactions;
  • Bachelor's degree or above in finance or computer or other related fields;
  • Have experience in using MT4 backend or other trading platforms;
  • Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Python and other tools;
  • Good learning ability and sense of responsibility;
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin;
