Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Post-Trade and Accounting teams to identify and implement workflow improvements
  • Document complex processes to develop middle office guidelines
  • Onboard new trading into existing technology and platforms
  • Reconcile daily position, cash, and PnL breaks with internal and external parties
  • Research and process applicable corporate actions
  • Maintain and update commission structures across all markets

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Physics, Math, or related technical discipline
  • 2-4 years of relevant industry experience with a strong focus on options or derivatives trading
  • Experience with Order Management System (OMS), Portfolio Management System (PMS), or Execution Management System (EMS)
  • Understanding of corporate actions and complex commission schedules
  • Strong domain knowledge of Hong Kong options market
  • Experience with SQL, relational databases, UNIX operating systems (Linux), and Python
