As the Head of Community , you will own the strategic foundation of the Momax Community CRM Program. You will design scientific customer acquisition frameworks, integrate community engagement with DTC business outcomes, and establish Momax as a community‑first lifestyle brand. Job Responsibilities Community CRM Program Leadership Serve as the key stakeholder for the Momax Community CRM program in partnership with e‑commerce and DTC teams. Design and implement scientific customer acquisition schemes (CAC optimization, retention loops, lifetime value modeling). Research, select, and deploy the optimal CRM and community platform to enable seamless engagement, data flow, and DTC conversion. Build leverage loops between community participation and direct business outcomes (e.g., membership → purchase → advocacy). Brand Campaign & Partnership Ownership Act as Project‑in‑Charge (PIC) for brand creation campaigns, connecting high‑value partners to DTC acquisition funnels. Curate campaign narratives with the Brand Leads that reinforce Momax’s lifestyle and innovation identity. Community Marketing & Curation Host and lead community marketing initiatives, co‑creating campaigns with the Brand Curation Team and Josiah’s creative unit and co‑manage the SoMe account of momax to acquire and balance the performance of community‑driven model v. sales marketing with Yammie. Drive measurable business acquisition (leads, sales, retention) as a direct result of community activities. Partner with the Innovation Lab to embed innovative community programs into member journeys as a longevity brand program. Potential to raise external fund or partners. Global Marketing Alignment Work inline with the Marketing Lead to integrate community strategies with global B2B partnerships, ensuring endorsement and co‑marketing amplification of the Momax Community Program. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 6–8 years of experience in CRM, community management, or digital marketing, with proven leadership in cross‑functional projects. Strong expertise in CRM systems, customer lifecycle management, and data‑driven acquisition/retention strategies. Creative, innovative, and collaborative mindset with the ability to balance brand curation and sales‑driven marketing. High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and passion for building long‑term community ecosystems.
