1. Tender Analysis & Bidding Management: Oversee tender analysis and bidding processes, ensuring the quality of tender documents, material extraction, and pricing strategies. 2. Pre- & Post-Contract Quality Services: Handle all contract-related quality services, including cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, and budget control. 3. Contract Liaison: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on contractual matters. 4. Quality Team Supervision: Lead the quality team in daily operations, such as payment applications, certifications, and subcontractor payments. 5. Contract Issue Resolution: Coordinate with the project management team to address contract-related issues, including time extensions, loss and/or expense claims, and terms & conditions. 6. Document Review & Compliance: Evaluate documentation to assess variations in value, subcontractor payments, and prepare subcontract liabilities. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Quantity Surveying or Architecture or a related field, with related experience working with main contractors/subcontractors in marine engineering projects. 2. Strong communication and leadership skills. 3. Proficient in computer applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel). 4. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
