What the day will look like Delivers reward product in the broader financial services domain comprising of compensation and benefits survey production, data analysis, and insight generation. Delivers data-led reward projects (e.g. customized benchmarking, market practice studies) independently ensuring high quality, timelines, and profitability. Develops a trusted advisor relationship through successful rewards project delivery. Client relationship management to drive client engagement. Collaborates across teams to develop client solutions. Contributes to enforcing a positive, productive, and engaged Aon culture. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor's degree in a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services and/or professional firms is desirable. An interest in rewards consulting and financial services is essential. HR or business analyst experience will be highly regarded. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required. Inherently curious about data. Excellent analytical skills. Creative and proactive problem‑solving skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team on multiple projects. Excellent communication skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
