10 hours ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are currently seeking Legal Consultant - Debt Capital Markets to join our bench support our global financial services client Responsibilities Provide legal advice and support to clients on debt capital markets transactions Draft and review legal documents, including offering memoranda, prospectuses, indentures, and other transactional documentation. Conduct due diligence, analyze risks, and identify legal issues related to debt capital markets transactions. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external parties to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Lawyer, preferably with a reputable law firm or financial institution Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
