Lead operations: Oversee the Corporate Travel team's daily activities, ensuring efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction. Develop strategies: Create and implement tailored travel management plans to meet unique corporate client needs. Negotiate deals: Secure favorable rates and terms with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and car rental companies. Stay ahead of trends: Monitor industry developments and recommend enhancements to corporate travel services. Manage bookings: Oversee the corporate travel booking process, including online tools and traveler communication. Provide insights: Deliver comprehensive travel reports and analytics to clients, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Inspire excellence: Lead and motivate a team of travel consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and exceptional performance. Who are they looking for? Industry expertise: Bring 10+ years of experience in Corporate Travel, with a deep understanding of the field. Leadership skills: Possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating your ability to guide and develop a team. Customer-focused: Show a proven track record in delivering outstanding service and building strong client relationships. Negotiation prowess: Demonstrate excellent skills in securing advantageous supplier agreements. Tech-savvy: Be proficient in travel booking and reporting systems, with a strong grasp of industry technology. Organizational talent: Showcase outstanding time management and multitasking abilities. Team developer: Exhibit strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on mentoring and staff development. Educational background: Hold a degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Language skills: Be fluent in Cantonese to effectively communicate with local clients and partners.
