L'offre Notre client, cabinet de conseil à taille humaine basé à Hong Kong, recherche des profils de Consultant Senior à Manager pour son équipe Capital Markets, dédiée aux problématiques métier et SI des secteurs Wealth Management, Asset Management, Securities Services et CIB. Dans le cadre de vos missions de Conseil, vous accompagnerez des sociétés dans leurs projets de transformation et de digitalisation, de la définition de stratégie opérationnelle au pilotage et à la conduite du changement. Vos missions pourront être les suivantes : Déclinaison opérationnelle de la stratégie (études de positionnement, business plans sur de nouvelles activités ou de nouvelles offres, schémas directeurs d’organisation ou de systèmes d’information…) Évolution de l’organisation et des processus (diagnostic d’organisation, refonte et optimisation de processus, digitalisation et automatisation / robotisation des processus, conduite du changement…) Évolution des systèmes d’information (assistance au choix de solution, élaboration des spécifications fonctionnelles, optimisation du portefeuille de projet…) Gestion de grands projets (agile, Cycle en V ou Hybrides), transformation management office, gestion de projets d’entreprise Veille sur les écosystèmes innovants pour identifier les meilleures pratiques de marché Profil(s) et rémunération De formation BAC+5 en école de commerce ou en école d’ingénieur, vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins trois ans acquise en cabinet de conseil ou en interne auprès d’institutions financières, dans le domaine de la finance de marché. Vous avez développé une solide maîtrise de la gestion de projet et une connaissance de l’environnement Capital Markets. Vous maitrisez les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio…) ainsi que l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit.
