Responsibilities Initiate projects by collaborating with clients to define goals, preferences, and budget constraints while creating design concepts that align with client vision and functional requirements. Provide financial oversight by developing and maintaining project budgets, ensuring expenses stay within defined limits, and managing cost estimation, procurement, and resource allocation. Lead a cross‑functional team of designers, architects, contractors, and professionals—delegating tasks, setting timelines, and ensuring cohesive progress toward project objectives. Uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations; conduct site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and verify final design meets safety and regulatory requirements. Maintain open communication channels, providing regular project updates, addressing client feedback, and managing expectations to ensure client satisfaction throughout the design and construction process. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in interior design with a deep understanding of design principles, materials, and trends. Exceptional project management abilities, including planning, budgeting, and executing interior design projects efficiently; detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in architectural and interior design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
