We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in new build public housing projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction projects from inception to completion, with a focus on quality, safety, and budget adherence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of public housing projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met. Oversee site management and coordinate the work of subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare project plans, schedules, and progress reports, maintaining clear communication with all involved parties. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements related to public housing projects. Identify and mitigate risks, making proactive adjustments as necessary. Manage client relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor and guide junior project team members in best practices and project approaches. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Studies, or a related field. Extensive experience in new build public housing projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Minimum 10 years of experience in a project management role, preferably with a main contractor. Professional membership such as MCIOB or MHKICM is highly preferred. Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry regulations. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
