Senior Energy Sales Engineer

Responsibilities Connect and build relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales leads Coordinate with energy engineers to reveal energy performance potentials and meet customer needs Develop comprehensive proposals that include technical solutions, BoQ, costing, financial solutions, overall cost savings and payback/ROI calculations Deliver presentations representing at customer meetings, seminars and other organisations Work with operations, finance, procurement, legal and other internal and external resources to obtain customer commitment Conduct and finalize contract negotiations in coordination with the contract manager Prepare for efficient project handover to the Project Management Team Keep abreast of market and business trends as well as local legislation in energy efficiency Coordinate with other Siemens business units working on energy efficiency to contribute to common strategies Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Engineering, Business or other field relevant to our business 3+ years of consultative selling experience; energy performance contracting, renewable energy, building automation, energy storage project experience preferred Technical knowledge of energy baseline, measurement & verification, energy management system, energy storage, solar energy systems, HVAC systems, pumps, compressed air units, industrial heat recovery, boilers and building management systems preferred Basic knowledge of ESG management and commercial fundamentals Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and customer focus Excellent communication skills at different levels up to the management level Fluent English both written and spoken and Cantonese Benefits When it comes to future‑proof energy systems, infrastructure or industrial power supply in today’s complex and changing energy environment, sound advice from power system authorities is critical.
