Key Responsibilities Conduct financial due diligence on target companies (“the Subjects”) to analyze the financial status/health of the Subjects and highlight any potential “red flag” such as liquidity risk, tax issues, related party transactions, regulatory compliance concern, etc. that may affect the future interest/financial status/deal arrangement of the potential investor. Prepare the information request list and question list to facilitate the client to obtain further information and clarification from the Subject. Review the audit reports (if any), financial statements, and detailed accounting records of the Subject for the relevant period to understand its accounting policies, accounting methods, and significant audit adjustments. Conduct interviews with the subject’s management, financial personnel and relevant business personnel. Review financial documents and other supporting materials for the relevant period (including vouchers, contracts, tax application documents, bookkeeping records, internal and external reports, etc.) of the Subject. Review the existing internal control systems and procedures, along with related supporting documentation of the Subject. Perform analytical reviews of key financial data in the financial statement items. Conduct on‑site sampling checks as needed. Research and gather relevant information through other related channels. Communicate with the Subject and clients of the Subject to confirm identified issues. Prepare pro‑rata financial statements if needed. Collate and critically analyze information developed from the FDD and provide the client with a written report within a mutually agreed time frame on the findings of the investigations together with any appropriate recommendations. The report shall highlight any potential risk, concern or issue which a prudent investor like the client should be fully aware to make an informed investment decision. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA) is highly preferred. Minimum 5 years of working experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the property developer sector. Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and financial modelling abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong working relationships with diverse teams. Fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is essential. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively. Culture Experts that Execute.
