Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and develop unique, functional interior design solutions. Translate ideas into compelling design concepts, supported by detailed drawings, mood boards, and high-quality 3D renderings. Produce accurate renderings using tools such as SketchUp and Macor, with strong visualization skills to bring ideas to life. Research, select, and specify finishes, materials, furniture, and fixtures in line with design direction, project budget, and sustainability standards. Oversee design implementation, including vendor coordination, procurement, and on-site supervision when needed. Manage timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and at the highest quality. Stay updated on design trends, new materials, digital tools, and emerging AI technologies that can elevate the creative process. Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related creative discipline. Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, Macor, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and rendering tools. A strong visual eye, with the ability to translate concepts into outstanding spatial experiences. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for client-facing and team-based projects. Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and best practices in Hong Kong is an advantage. Interest in new digital workflows and AI applications within design.
