Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Server/Waitress located in Hong Kong SAR at ROUCOU. The Server/Waitress will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the hospitality industry and food service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and serving practices
  • Fluency in English is a must; Cantonese is a plus
  • Previous experience with luxury or high-end dining establishments is a plus
