Beauty Trainer / Training Executive (Practical training focus) Add expected salary to your profile for insights Assist Talent Development Manager to develop, organize, coordinate and conduct training program; Provide the training of beauty apparatus and treatment skills for the esthetician; Ensure all estheticians are performing the high quality of services to the customers and meeting the standards that company requires; Deliver the professional beauty knowledge and theories; Maintain and update training materials and aids; Assist in ad hoc project/tasks as and required. Requirements: 2 years or above training experience in skincare and beauty industry; Holder of international beauty & training certificates (CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or CITY & GUILDS) is an advantage; Solid training experiences in beauty treatment and apparatus; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Presentable, self‑motivated, good team player, detail‑minded and able to meet tight schedule under pressure; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing; Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin); Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive, Training & Talent Development Immediate available is highly preferred.
